IRS Tax Deduction

IRS regulations require that we inform donors of the following information regarding contributions to REAL BAD XX, a GRGR/West production.

VIP Tickets:

The amount of the contribution that may be deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of the amount of money contributed by you and/or your guests, over the value of REAL BAD XX. GRGR/West has made a good faith estimate as to the value of REAL BAD XX and determined the value to be $25.00 for each VIP ticket. One should consult their tax advisor to determine the extent to which the above contribution is deductible based on their particular circumstances.

General Admission Tickets:

The amount of the contribution that may be deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of the amount of money contributed by you and/or your guests, over the value of REAL BAD XX. GRGR/West has made a good faith estimate as to the value of REAL BAD XX and determined the value to be $15.00 for each General Admission ticket. One should consult their tax advisor to determine the extent to which the above contribution is deductible based on their particular circumstances.
